Basketball National women team's plane makes emergency landing
Yesterday night the Russian national women's team, having unsuccessfully played in the 2003 World Championship elimination game against the local team, left Slovenia for Moscow by air. Soon after liftoff a fault was discovered in the plane and its crew decided to make an emergency landing at the Ljubliana airport, SE Internet correspondent Ekaterina SERGIENKO reports. The second liftoff went through successfully, the russian girls reached Moscow, then flew on to Vologda on a local airline.
